February Events At Echo Curio

There is a lot going on at Echo Curio this month! For those who don’t know, Echo Curio is located at 1519 Sunset Blvd. Echo Park, CA 90026 on the intersection of Laveta Ter and Sunsent Blvd. They open their doors 1 hour before shows start. Remember sometimes shows change at the last minute so check out their website to stay informed. Events are all ages and their is always art on the walls (a lot done by Echo Park residents).

The Search for Art in Echo Park

Brooklyn-based artist Dan Witz has put up pieces of his artwork throughout Echo Park, Silver Lake, Hollywood and West Hollywood.

Seth Carmichael, co-owner of Carmichael Gallery of Contemporary Art where Witz’s art show is currently running, told LAist, “For him, it’s about not being seen by everybody except for those people who deserve to see it, and those who are the people he cares about.”
