“WonderDreams” is an art exhibit about to launch at Chango here in Echo Park. The exhibit features paintings by singer/songwriter and actress 

The Los Angeles City Council has approved changes to the City of Los Angeles’ Water Conservation Ordinance. Following approval by the City Council, the Ordinance just needs to be signed by the Mayor. If and when this happens the new rules will go into effect the following week.
